I am so proud to announce that Polytron has been named to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s 2024 Top Work Places list, ranking seventh of the 77 companies who qualified in the small business category! Since this list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, we believe this award is one of the highest honors we can receive as an employer.

Top Workplaces (2)
The anonymous survey conducted earlier this year uses a proven survey methodology to measure several key aspects of workplace culture. Of the 314 companies that participated in the survey this year, 179 of those were in the small business category (50 – 150 employees), and only 43 percent of those companies saw survey results that qualified them as a Top Work Place. Receiving this honor in just our first year participating demonstrates that our core values of character, service, excellence, passion, creativity, trust and teamwork are being lived out by our employees every day.

In addition to receiving this recognition, earlier this year, Polytron was also named Control Engineering’s 2024 System Integrator of the Year for the third time in less than a decade. We are so appreciative that our employees value Polytron as a great place to work and that this is clearly reflected in the outstanding services they deliver to all of our clients.
