We are proud to share an exciting leadership update: Richard Phillips has been promoted to Vice President of Smart Manufacturing.

Richard PhillipsOver the past several years, Richard has led the transformation of our smart manufacturing group, expanding its impact and delivering greater value to manufacturers across industries. Under his leadership, what started as a trusted implementer model has grown into a trusted partner approach that allows us to provide enterprise-wide strategy, consulting, and prescriptive solutions to our clients.

This evolution means we are now working directly with clients’ senior leadership teams, developing and implementing solutions using an agile approach rooted in best practices and a world-class MES platform. This approach, combined with the continuous learnings gained from more than 20 years deploying smart manufacturing solutions, has resulted in improved productivity, higher quality, greater efficiency, stronger compliance, and enhanced competitiveness for our clients.

Richard’s leadership has been a driving force in this transformation. He and his team have consistently pushed us to think bigger and act bolder, helping manufacturers achieve measurable results and long-term success in their digital transformation journeys. His promotion reflects both his accomplishments and Polytron’s commitment to continuing to grow our smart manufacturing capabilities.

As I’ve seen firsthand, Richard has an incredible ability to guide our team while also engaging with clients at a strategic level. This combination has not only expanded our capabilities but has also deepened our partnerships with manufacturers.

Please join us in congratulating Richard on this well-deserved achievement. We look forward to what’s ahead as he continues to lead the way in helping manufacturers embrace the opportunities of Industry 4.0.
