Under his leadership, what started as a trusted implementer model has grown into a trusted partner approach that allows us to provide enterprise-wide strategy, consulting, and prescriptive solutions to our clients. This evolution means we are now working directly with clients’ senior leadership teams, developing and implementing solutions using an agile approach rooted in best practices and a world-class MES platform. This approach, combined with the continuous learnings gained from more than 20 years deploying smart manufacturing solutions, has resulted in improved productivity, higher quality, greater efficiency, stronger compliance, and enhanced competitiveness for our clients. Richard’s leadership has been a driving force in this transformation.
