Polytron Receives Back-to-Back Top Workplace Honors

Written by Ron Rich, P.E., PMP | August 13, 2025

I am so proud to announce that, for the second consecutive year, Polytron has been identified as a 2025 Top Workplace via the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, ranking number 9 of the 62 companies who qualified in the small business category! Since this list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC, we believe this award is one of the highest honors we can receive as an employer.

Respect, support, growth, and empowerment are foundational values of our organizational culture. This confidential survey was developed to assess how effectively these values are reflected in our employees’ day-to-day experiences. Therefore, receiving our second Top Workplaces designation is a truly meaningful distinction as it affirms that we are grounded in our core principles, and those principles are continuing to resonate with our team.

Upon sharing this announcement with our team, here is some of the feedback we received:

“It’s no surprise to me that Polytron has once again been recognized as one of the top places to work. Having worked for, or closely with, Polytron for over 30 years, I've consistently seen the values, openness, kindness, and intelligence of both the leadership and employees set this company apart.”
George Disher, Director of IT
"Polytron is a great place to work because I can depend on my teammates. On every project I have confidence that the team will be there to support me when I need it, and when problems arise everyone will focus on finding solutions and not assigning blame.”
Jeremy Cox, Project Lead
“Polytron was just named as one of Atlanta’s top places to work for the second year in a row… as an employee here, it’s really not a surprise. It’s pretty awesome.”
Tyler Zeigler, EIT, Mechanical Project Engineer

In addition to receiving this recognition, earlier this year Polytron completed our fifth CSIA recertification audit and was awarded CSIA recertification through 2028. This reflects our commitment to continuous learning and improvement guided by CSIA best practices. I am truly excited about receiving both of these recognitions this year as together, they reflect the strength of our culture that is grounded in continuous improvement, driven by trust, and sustained by our people.
